Hy,

habe auf dem Server ORF & Sky DE laufen, beide mit nem Smargo.
Nun möchte ich mit einem 3ten Smargo ene HD+ (CAID 1843) zum Laufen bekommen, allerdings funktioniert dies nicht so ganz.

Kommt die HD+ mit dem Smartreader - Protokoll nicht klar? Sollte ich hier auf mouse umstellen? Wollte ich probieren, allerdings werden die smargos nicht auf /dev/ttyUSB eingebunden, warum auch immer.

achte zb auf das was razorback dir rät und teste es vllt auch mal mit der STABLE tags1.10


Ansonsten: Das smartreader Protokoll ist nicht immer das optimale... Probier stattdessen halt mal das "mouse" und nutz udev
Und wie deine Reader konfiguriert sind spielt auch eine gewisse Rolle

Smargos werden mit sicherheit auf /dev/ttyUSB* eingebunden, ist dabei aber eben nur die Sache das die durcheinander gewürfelt werden nach reboot etc - deshalb auch udev .. Siehe dazu: USB Reader einen festen /dev/ Port zuweisen
Du musst nicht kämpfen um zu siegen

hy,

Problem gelöst, hab einfach Smargos gewechselt, damit hauts nun hin.
Nunja, anscheinend bekomme ich auf /dev/ttyUSB* nichts eingebunden wie's aussieht, könnte das sein?

mit udev hab ich's ja schon probiert gehabt, da hat der oscam Restart nicht funktioniert, da hat er die Reader nicht mehr gefunden.

Aber nachdem es ja nun läuft, hoffe ich dass es so bleibt ;)

Guck mal bitte in dmesg rein, da steht welchem ttyUSB das Device zugewiesen wurde

wenn du es schon mit udev probiert hast könnte man vermuten das du da irgendwas vermurkst hast - udev hat nichts damit zu tun ob OScam restart geht oder ob er die Karten findet sofern das zu öffnende device in der oscam.server passt; warscheinlich haste dort vergessen den in udev neu zugewiesenen /dev/ port anzupassen?

ansonsten poste mal bitte deine udev konfiguration

na, vorhin haste noch gemeint das garkein ttyUSB zugewiesen werden würde? ;)

ich seh in deiner dmesg aber auch nur 2 smargos, der 3. ist kein smargo also "Reader 9D70258" taucht da nirgends auf - sicher das er richtig angeschlossen ist?

-> lsusb -v | grep iSerial


es spricht nichts dagegen, nur weisst du woran es liegt?

also im OSCam WEBIF hab ich alle 3 Reader verbunden, von dem her läuft es
wenn nichts dagegen spricht, verstehe ich nicht warum der aufwand mit udev. Die Serial der Reader ist schnell ausgelesen, also einfach in die oscam.server knallen und gut ist, ohne udev Konfiguration (ist zwar kein Aufwand, aber so geht's ja doch ne Spur komfortabler in meinen Augen)

mmh komsich - das dmesg über IPC Webif macht eigentlich nichts anderes als den Timestamp in menschlich-lesbar umzuwandeln aber an den Zeilen selber ändert es eigentlich nichts...

also laut dem dmesg Befehl wird auch ttyUSB2 zugewiesen also kA wieso du den nun nicht über oscam ansprechen kannst?


nunja, meine erfahrung ist das "smartreader" langsamer läuft als "mouse" aber wenn du keine Problem hast dann versteh ich auch nicht wieso du hier dann ein Problem beschreibst?
also sorry aber ist das Problem aus post#1 nicht mehr aktuell? steh jetzt nen bischen aufm schlauch....

nein, Problem wurde gelöst, steht in Post3 glaube ich - hab einfach den Smargo wo zuerst ORF drinnen war für HD+ verwendet und ORF im anderen, das hat das Problem gelöst - ist zwar seltsam, aber läuft ja nun :)
